The performance by  Kalamandalam Jishnuprathap & Team, enacts the story of Lifting of Mount Kailasa (Kailasoddharanam), an extract from the ancient 1st-century playwright-Bhasa’s Abhisheka Natakam of Act 3, through Koodiyattam, an 1800 years old, ancient theatre tradition in the world performed with theatrical costumes to explore the body language aesthetics in the traditional performance.
