Arthshila Goa has a collection of books, periodicals, digital resources, and films on architecture, design, and visual culture. The collection is available for public access from the library at the centre along with access to digital resources through desktops available at the reading room.

The dynamic space is designed to host workshops for diverse audiences and caters to a multitude of interests and competencies. The programme at the centre is envisioned to curate collaborative workshops regularly. This room is also equipped to host film screenings and talks.
