‘Manushya Aur Prakriti’, an art exhibition of Intaglios and Serigraphs by the celebrated Indian artist Padma Shri Jyoti Bhatt was organized at the Temporary exhibition gallery of Bihar Museum from 9thFebruary to 26th February 2020. Jyoti Bhatt is a prolific artist, painter, printmaker, and photographer who has experimented with cubism and pop art while combining graphic sensibilities with traditional Indian folk design and created his own style which is inspired by folk art. The exhibition was curated by renowned art critic Uma Nair and was inaugurated by Shri Anjani Kumar Singh,adviser to the Chief Minister, Bihar. In the exhibition, 74 artworks covering themes such as the lives of men and women, their interaction with nature and tribal culture were displayed which celebrated the style of Intaglios and Serigraphs.
